Rubber Injection Molding Machine

It is an advanced vulcanizing molding machine for rubber products, widely-applicable and highly-automatic. It is applied to produce rubber products which require complicated techniques and have more difficulties in shaping, such as those with metalic embedding, intricate shape, difficulty in feeding manually, big cross section and thick wall.
2. First, fix the mold, and then, inject the rubber into the mold chamber with high pressure. So the products are featured by less blur, precise dimension, good physical perform ance and high percentage offavorable goods, etc.
3. Equipped with automatic moving mold and various device of mold lifting, the machine can reduce labor intensity, and avoid the mold damage caused by humans.
4. It is controlled by two modes of program, i.e.either to choose injection machine or to plate vulcanizing machine, so one machine, two usages is realized.
